Right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your booking free of charge and without giving a reason within 14 days of its confirmation, and in any case cancel it free of charge as long as the wash has not taken place, via the "Withdraw from the contract" link at the bottom of the page, by e-mail or by phone.
